In 2023, our team—with deep experience in healthcare services and product engineering—took on a clinical trials engagement. What we discovered was a fragmented landscape: disconnected data systems, manual workflows, and infrastructure that wasn't ready for AI.

We saw the gap clearly. Clinical trials needed what other industries already had:modern data engineering, governed semantic layers, and AI-ready architectures. Our expertise in automation and data engineering wasn't just relevant—it was exactly what the industry was missing.

That insight became Zynomi. We now deliver an out-of-the-box data lakehouse for clinical trials, combining Data for AI (structured, governed datasets ready for machine learning) with AI for Data (intelligent automation for data engineering, quality, and compliance).

Built on the proven Frappe Framework and Marley Health, our platform delivers enterprise-grade reliability with healthcare-specific workflows—from data capture through governed analytics.

In 2026 we took the next step: rebuilding Zynomi ground-up as an AI-native platform. The Zynomi Agent Fabric (ZAF) puts a fleet of agents in every department, grounded in a clinical knowledge engine built from a clinical ontology and GraphRAG — with humans approving every result.
